The Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority is looking to fill the following position in massive numbers:
- Sergeant (BS-07) – 1010 Positions(Vacancies are distributed across districts including Lahore, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, Multan, Faisalabad, DG Khan, Gujranwala, Gujrat, and Rawalpindi).
Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a competent and physically capable workforce, PERA has set strict eligibility criteria for the Sergeant position:
- Education: Candidates must hold an Intermediate degree from a recognized Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education.
- Age Limit: The required age limit is 18 to 26 years. Please note that no age relaxation will be allowed.
- Physical Standards (Male):
- BMI: 27 or below.
- Height: Minimum 173 cm (without shoes).
- Chest: 32 inches (non-expanded) and 34 inches or above (expanded) with a mandatory 2-inch expansion.
- Running: One mile in a maximum of 07 minutes.
- Physical Standards (Female):
- BMI: 27 or below.
- Height: Minimum 162 cm (without shoes).
- Running: One mile in a maximum of 11 minutes.
- Medical Requirements: Eyesight must be 6/6 with glasses for both males and females. Color-blind candidates are ineligible.
