Physical and Endurance Test Details

Candidates applying for Sub-Inspector, Assistant Sub-Inspector, Constable, and Constable Driver positions must clear physical and stamina tests before qualifying for the Computer-Based Test (CBT):

  1. Running Test (1.6 km / 1 Mile):
    • Male Candidates: Must complete 1 mile in 7 minutes.
    • Female Candidates: Must complete 1 mile in 10 minutes.
  2. Physical Measurement: Mandatory verification of height and chest measurements.
  3. No Age/Physical Relaxation: No relaxation is permissible in physical standards, chest measurements, or endurance run times.

Step 1: Online Registration

Important Terms & Conditions

  • General Age Relaxation: 5 years of general age relaxation has been granted as per the Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993.
  • Government Servants: Candidates currently serving in federal, provincial, or semi-government departments must apply through proper channels and provide an official No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the interview stage.
  • Original Documents: Shortlisted candidates must present original academic certificates, CNIC, and domicile along with attested photocopies during the interview.
  • Warning against Fraud: Providing forged documents or false information is a punishable offense under Sections 420, 468, and 471 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC), carrying up to 7 years of imprisonment.
