Eligibility Criteria
Because of the diverse nature of these 231 vacancies, the eligibility criteria vary widely depending on the specific post applied for:
- Age Limit: The maximum age limit varies from 25 years (for junior staff and technicians) to 40 years (for Assistant Professors). Age relaxation will be admissible as per prevailing Federal Government Rules.
- Education: * Medical/Clinical Posts: MBBS with PMDC recognition, FCPS/MD/MS, D Pharmacy, or relevant Nursing degrees (PNC registered).
- IT & Admin Posts: Master’s or Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science/IT, or equivalent qualifications recognized by HEC. Typing speed is required for L.D.C.
- Technical Posts: FSc with relevant Diplomas in Cardiac Technology, Radiography, or Medical Imaging.
- Support Staff (Aya, Ward Boy, Attendant): Primary Pass.
- Experience: Higher education and relevant experience in stroke centers or respective fields are highly preferred for specialized roles.
Salary Package & Benefits
These jobs are offered on a contract basis for a period of two (02) years or till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier. The government is offering highly competitive Project Pay Scale (PPS) packages:
- Medical Specialists & Registrars (PPS-08): Rs. 295,320 to Rs. 339,620/-
- Medical Officers, Pharmacists & Head Nurses (PPS-07): Rs. 212,630 to Rs. 244,530/-
- Nurses, IT & Tech Staff (PPS-05 / PPS-06): Rs. 94,500 to Rs. 163,050/-
- Clerical & Junior Tech Staff (PPS-03 / PPS-04): Rs. 59,070 to Rs. 81,530/-
- Support Staff (PPS-01 / PPS-02): Rs. 37,800 to Rs. 54,350/-
(Note: Standard perks and benefits will be provided as per project policies. No additional benefits in addition to the standard pay package shall be admissible).
