- Regional Manager – Technology Operations and Support (OG-I / AVP)

Eligibility Criteria
To maintain its high standards, the National Bank of Pakistan has set specific criteria for these roles:
- Educational Qualification: Applicants must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field. Alternatively, graduation with a Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science from a local or international university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan is required. Candidates holding relevant IT certifications will be given preference.
- Experience required for Regional Manager: Minimum 05 years of experience in the IT field, with at least 02 years in Applications Support and/or Core Banking Applications Operations or Desktop Support in a managerial/supervisory role (preferably in banks).
- Experience required for MIS Support Analyst: Minimum 03 years of experience in IT, out of which at least 01 year must be in support & operations for IT Applications and/or database development and querying (preferably in banks).
- Experience required for Regional IT Support Officer: Minimum 03 years of experience in IT, with at least 01 year focused on IT Desktop Support, User Complaint Management, and/or Network Support (preferably in banks).
